									<p>In January 2026, Trace successfully completed a <a href="https://www.tracecomms.com/our-services/cctv-security-system/"><strong>CCTV installation project</strong></a>, delivering a fully integrated, end-to-end security solution for the client.</p><p>The project included the installation of four high-definition CCTV cameras to ensure full coverage across the site, along with the supply and setup of a Network Video Recorder (NVR) for secure recording and storage. Two monitoring screens were installed within the client’s office to provide real-time visibility both upstairs and downstairs.</p><p>Remote access was configured to allow live viewing and playback via mobile devices, while AI-based detection and zoning were implemented to enhance security and reduce false alerts.</p><p>The project was delivered as a complete, fully operational system, providing the client with intelligent monitoring, secure remote access, and real-time site visibility.</p>								</div>

									<p>Trace successfully completed a 12-week Body Worn Camera rollout across over 190 Primark stores throughout the UK and Northern Ireland, <strong><a href="https://www.tracecomms.com/our-services/cctv-security-system/">enhancing store security and operational monitoring</a>.</strong></p><p>The project began with comprehensive site surveys to identify optimal locations for camera cradles, check existing network cabling and power availability, and confirm available spare switch ports. Where required, additional Cat6 cabling and power connections were installed to support full device functionality.</p><p>Once site preparations were complete, Trace returned to each location to install the cameras and cradles, coordinating with Primark’s network team to configure switch ports and upload video feeds to ensure all devices were fully integrated and operational within the store networks.</p><p>The project was delivered end-to-end across all stores, resulting in a fully deployed, tested, and service-ready Body Worn Camera system.</p>								</div>

									<p>Trace successfully delivered a large-scale Full Fibre project between February 2022 and June 2024, supporting the expansion of <strong>high-speed fibre connectivity</strong> across multiple communities.</p><p>The project began with TRR (Test, Rod &amp; Rope) activities to prepare and validate existing duct routes ahead of installation works. Trace carried out small civils works including trenching, duct installation, and reinstatement to enable efficient network deployment across the region.</p><p>Cable pulling was completed across both spine and distribution routes, alongside the installation of a 288f spine backbone connecting <strong>key network cabinets</strong> to provide high-capacity connectivity. Extensive fibre splicing works were undertaken throughout the network, followed by full commissioning and testing to ensure optimal performance and service readiness.</p><p>The rollout was successfully delivered end-to-end across Maltby, Wickersley, Dinnington, Killamarsh, and Thurnscoe, contributing to approximately 11,388 homes passed and supporting the availability of full fibre broadband services across the area.</p><p>The project was completed to a high standard, resulting in a fully operational, tested, and service-ready network.</p>								</div>

									<p>Trace successfully delivered the Worden FTTH project for Virgin Media O2 between April 2025 and February 2026, supporting the expansion of ultrafast full fibre connectivity within the region.</p><p>The project involved fibre blowing across the network to establish key distribution routes, alongside the installation and management of pre-connectorised distribution points (DPs) to enable efficient customer connections. Trace also completed the build and splicing of Points of Presence (POPs), supporting network aggregation and ensuring reliable backbone connectivity.</p><p>Comprehensive spine and distribution fibre splicing works were carried out to maintain network continuity, followed by full testing procedures, including OTDR and iOLM testing, to validate signal integrity and overall network performance.</p><p>The project contributed to the successful delivery of connectivity to approximately 4,000 homes passed across Worden, providing a fully integrated and future-ready fibre infrastructure.</p><p>The works were delivered efficiently and to a high standard, resulting in a fully installed, tested, and service-ready network.</p>								</div>

									<p>Trace successfully delivered the Amber Valley FTTH project, supporting the rollout of Virgin Media’s ultrafast fibre connectivity across the region through the installation of a high-performance full fibre network infrastructure.</p><p>The project involved extensive subduct installation to support fibre deployment, alongside small civils works including trenching, duct preparation, and reinstatement to enable efficient network build activities. Spine backbone routes were installed to provide high-capacity connectivity across the network, forming the foundation for reliable fibre distribution.</p><p>Trace completed ECIN splicing and fibre blowing across distribution networks, followed by comprehensive testing procedures including OTDR and iOLM testing to verify signal quality, performance, and network integrity at key distribution points.</p><p>This work contributed to the successful delivery of connectivity to over 23,000 homes passed throughout Amber Valley, helping enable next-generation broadband services within the community.</p><p>The project was delivered end-to-end, resulting in a fully installed, tested, and service-ready network.</p>								</div>

									<p>Trace successfully delivered a nationwide upgrade project across 206 Waitrose stores throughout the UK and Channel Islands, modernising existing communication infrastructure and improving network performance.</p><p>The project involved upgrading legacy analogue telephone systems to a digital solution, ensuring continued reliability while future-proofing store communications. Analogue Telephone Adapters (ATAs) were installed to enable existing handsets to operate over the new digital network, eliminating the need for costly equipment replacement.</p><p>In addition, Trace completed the installation of new <a href="https://www.tracecomms.com/our-services/structured-cabling/"><strong>structured cabling</strong></a> and <a href="https://www.tracecomms.com/our-services/wifi-installation/"><strong>enhanced in-store connectivity</strong></a> through upgrades to existing Wi-Fi access points, supporting improved operational efficiency and connectivity across all locations.</p>								</div>
